TRDV3_S (BBa_K4612118) is a 53-nucleotide single-stranded DNA sequence that is a weighted probe for the target TRDV3. The 3' end of the sequence is designed to be complementary to the target TRDV3 so that it binds specifically to the target and thus recognizes the input signal.DNA polymerase polymerizes the DNA in the 5'-3' direction starting from the 3' end of the target TRDV3.The probe also binds to the corresponding target TRDV3 in the 5'-3' direction.The probe is designed to bind to the target TRDV3 in the 5'-3' direction. The probe also incorporates a weighted strand corresponding to weight size 1 of the target TRDV3, which is replaced and released by the newly synthesized daughter strand during DNA polymerization by Bst DNA polymerase. Through this process, the signal of the target is quantitatively converted into the number of weighted strands, which facilitates subsequent calculations, and finally the results of the operation are converted into different fluorescence intensities, making the results simple and easy to read.
