hsa-mir-375-3p _Target_12
hsa-mir-375-3p _Target_12 (BBa_K4612112) is a 23 nucleotide single-stranded DNA sequence, a cDNA sequence derived from the reverse transcription of hsa-mir-375-3p. miR-375-3p is a member of the miR-375 family and is involved in the regulation of non-small cell lung cancer. It inhibits tumor growth by enhancing the sensitivity of non-small cell lung cancer to radiation[1]. Therefore, the expression of hsa-mir-375-3p has a role in determining whether or not you have small cell lung cancer, and can be given weight. Figure 1 demonstrates the specific function of this element: it binds to the probe as a target, and then the polymerase undergoes a polymerase-mediated strand displacement reaction using it as a primer. The weighted strand that is displaced is then subjected to a subsequent reaction.
