hsa-mir-192-5p_Target_8

hsa-mir-192-5p_Target_8 (BBa_K4612108) is a single-stranded DNA sequence with 21 nucleotides, which is a cDNA sequence derived from the reverse transcription of hsa-mir-192-5p. miR-192-5p is a member of the miR-192 family and is involved in the regulation of non-small cell lung cancer. It can act as a tumor suppressor and inhibit the growth and spread of cancer cells by down-regulating the expression of some oncogenes[1]. So the expression of hsa-mir-192-5p has a role in determining whether you have small cell lung cancer and can be given weight. Figure 1 illustrates the specific function of this component: it binds to the probe as a target, and then the polymerase uses it as a primer for a polymerase-mediated strand displacement reaction. The weighted strand is then subjected to a subsequent reaction.
