ARG1_Target_1

ARG1_Target (BBa_K4613000) is a single-stranded DNA sequence having 100 nucleotides.During the stage of HIV infection, neutrophils can inhibit T-cell function by expressing the ARG1 gene to produce the ARG1 enzyme. Therefore, the expression of ARG1 has a role in determining whether it is a viral infection and can be given weight.Figure 1 illustrates the specific function of the element: it acts as a target to bind to the probe and then polymerase uses it as a primer for a polymerase-mediated chain replacement reaction. The displaced weighted strand is then subjected to a subsequent reaction.
