LuxB:A1
A fusion protein formed by linking the A1 fluorescent protein to the back of the LuxB fluorescent protein with a Glu-Leu linker. For more information about A1, please refer to BBa_K4594007 , and for LuxB, please refer to BBa_K3769013 . In iGEM 2023, ShanghaiTech_China expressed this fusion protein with LuxCDAE and LuxGF. The resulting spectrogram is presented below.
LuxB:A1 fluorescent protein after BRET the highest peak of emission spectrum should be around 525nm. The experimental results show a double peak. The peak at 490nm is the highest peak of emission light of the first protein. The experimental results are in accordance with the theoretical values.
Attached below is a picture of the results.
