PDHC
The pyruvate content in PCC7942 is very high, which is about 100 times the content of acetyl-CoA. Experiments have shown that the high expression of pyruvate dehydrogenase PDHC in PCC7942 can increase its carbon flux and thus improve its ability to produce foreign substances. Therefore, we designed a high expression of PDHC to increase the content of luminous raw materials in PCC7942.
