Design Notes

We improved part BBa_K2804010 with adding a His-Tag behind the protein to detect it with affinity protein purification when added to part BBa_K4369001 - Complete K. xylinus cellulose operon (adjusted for E. coli). Also a RBS was added to allow fluent translation.
