Design Notes

It was important for us to add the His-tags. All subparts are especially designed for this complete operon and should help to get it synthesized, as the operon itself might be too huge.

The parts used to create this complete cellulose operon are BBa_K4369004 which contains acsAB, BBa_K4369005 which contains acsCD, BBa_K3605006 which codes for the beta-glucosidase and endoglucanase and the endo-beta-1,4-glucanase and cellulase-complementing protein from part BBa_K4369003.
