P. stipticus Fungal Luciferase

The coding sequence for the fungal luciferase gene from Panellus stipticus. The fungal bioluminescence pathway is encoded through a conserved gene cluster present across bioluminescent fungi, but the P. stipticus gene cluster only contains this luciferase gene, as well as hispidin-3-hydroxylase (Kotlobay et al. 2019).
