hypoxia-inducible promoter encoding SrpR repressor

This part is composed of a constitutive CP41 promoter for Lactobacillus (BBa_K1033224), which encodes the hypoxia-dependent FdhA repressor protein (BBa_K1878005). In turn, the inducible promoter encodes an SrpR repressor (BBa_K1725060) that inhibits transcription of the SrpR-dependent promoter (BBa_K1725020).
