PhlF-repressible promoter encoding Cre invertase protein

This part is composed of a PhlF-repressible promoter, whose transcript is the Cre invertase protein. The purpose of this output is to disable a specific coding part in a site-dependent manner, in a region called LoxP. To ensure invertase function it is important that the target sequence is flanked by a pair of LoxP.
