TMD-HAP2 CDS B3

The TMD-HAP2 sequence was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position B3. Its 3’ tag is ggAGGT as to maintain correct reading frame.

This is the coding sequence of the transmembrane domain of the protein Hapless2 encoded by the gene HAP2 from Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, it was retrieved from Liu et al [2]
