GSAT linker B4

Similar to a part named BBa_K404301 made by iGEM Freiburg Bioware 2010.

GSAT Linker was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position B4. Its 5’ scar is AGGT and its 3’ scar is TTCG.

This part is able to connect two protein domains and add additional space between them . The GSAT linker was created to fuse our protein domains and avoid rigidity and folding interaction between the two parts.
