THB1 sequence for MoClo B2-B5 position
Chlamydomonas reinhardtii THB1 CDS was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and are in position B2-B5. It’s 5’ scar is CC (because start codon ATG is contained in this sequence) and it’s 3’ scar is GCTT.
THB1 is a heme-binding protein [3] expected to help stabilize heme-bound iron in our cells, increasing our iron content.
