Part:BBa_K4316013
SulatorReverse in MoClo C1 position
The reverse sulator sequence was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position C1. It’s 5’ scar is GGTA and it’s 3’ scar is CGCT.
This sequence was designed to serve as a control « buffer » when testing the Drosophila melanogaster reverse Gypsy insulator in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (part number BBa K4316011). It serves no explicit function in this context. This part is the reverse complementary of part BBa K4316012.
