SulatorForward in MoClo A1 position

The sulator sequence was designed to be used with the Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii MoClo kit [1] and is in position A1. It’s 5’ scar is GGAG and it’s 3’ scar is TGAC.

This sequence was designed to serve as a control « buffer » when testing the Drosophila melanogaster Gypsy insulator in Chlamydomonas reinhardtii (part number BBa K4316010). It serves no explicit function in this context.
