cbh1 terminator

  • We use one of the strongest inducible promoters in fungi, cbh1 promoter, in our suicide switch circuit. Correspondingly, we used a 790bp cbh1 terminator from Trichoderma reesei in the circuit. These gene biobricks are applicable to Trichoderma, allowing our engineered fungus, Trichoderma atroviride, to activate the suicide switch in field.
