pelB signal peptide

Utilizing the post-translational translocation pathway, the pelB signal peptide placed before the organophosphate hydrolase, OPH(BBa_K4271000), directs our target OPH enzyme to the bacterial periplasm, thereby enhancing the enzyme’s activity at the specific location (Jain, Monika et al.).
