sfGFP without stop codon


The stop codon of sfGFP (BBa_K3143689) was removed to allow C-terminus fusion with signal peptide.

A silent mutation was also performed to removed the SapI site present in BBa_K3143689 at position 13 (A to G) to make it RFC[1000] compatible.
