Part:BBa_K4216038
Debug P59m Promotor
Output
DpB.013 is an Ouput device that can receive signals from the processor device. LuxRQ (transcription factor produced in the Processor) activate pLux78B in the presence of OC6 (its inducer). Signals are outputed as electronically readable information. (See Electrical resistance as a measure of OD) They are can be used to report signals from computation upstream in our computation pipeline or as a standalone reporter They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications
DpB 013(BBa K4216038)
This part is a debug for P59M promotor BBa_K4216009, and also for all of our system, dpB.013 can be use to either characterise P59M or to characterise any genetic construct built with LuxR CDS BBa_K4216021, wich is the case of every 'processor' TU of our toolkit (BBa_K4216035/3637)
Characterisation
This characterisation is obtained from the pLux76B_dpB.013_experiment
3 plasmid device characterisation
We also use this part to create a 3 plasmid device, with BBa_K4216028as an input,BBa_K4216036as a processor and BBa_K4216038 as an output. This graph shows that this TU sucessfuly received the message from the input and the processor .
