Genetic NOT Gate
Processor
DpB.012 is a Processor device that can receive signals from the Input device. CinR (transcription factor produced in the Input) activate pCin in the presence of OCH14 (its inducer). Signals can be transformed through already characterise synthetic biological components. Processor devices pass on transformed signal downstream our signal processing pipeline and to the Output device. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications such as Bio-Sensing (See proposed implementation for exemples)
This part is a genetic NOT gate to, NOT gate works by inverting the signal that have been gived in input, so here LacI is expressed under the control of PCin, when it is activated, the signal comming from the 'input'is a "1" and gonna repress PTac promotor and create a "0". LuxR is a CDS for a transcriptional factor of our "outpurs" (see BBa_K4216038/39/40) so when the input is active the signal out of this part will be a "1" at the start and a "0" after processing. Here the signal depend of our input activation.
