Resistance Plasmid

Processor

DpB.011 is a Processor device that can receive signals from the Input device. CinR (transcription factor produced in the Input) activate pCin in the presence of OCH14 (its inducer). Signals can be transformed through already characterise synthetic biological components. Processor devices pass on transformed signal downstream our signal processing pipeline and to the Output device. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications such as Bio-Sensing (See proposed implementation for exemples)

Design

Here an overview of our design for BBa_K4216036 :

Use in 3 plasmid device

13 Characterisation.png
We use this part to create a 3 plasmid device, with BBa_K4216028 as an input,BBa_K4216036 as a processor and BBa_K4216038 as an output. This graph shows that the plasmid sucessfuly communicated together and that this part well receive and transmit the signal to other part of our device.
