Debug IPTG Inducibe MG1655 NOT gate

Input

dpB.009 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. They are can be used to pass on signals to the Processors and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

Transcriptional unit made to debug the activity of pSoxR promotor with a RFP.DpB.002 can be use an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. This part have been created to test a genetic NOT gate in our system, NOT gate works by inverting the signal that have been gived in input, so here LacI is expressed constitutively and is considered as a "1", then LacI gonna repress CinR promotor and create a "0". CinR is a CDS for a transcriptional factor of our "processors" (see BBa_K4216035/6/7) so when the input is active the signal out of this part will be a "0" for our processor too. Here the signal should aways be "0", see BBa K4216037 for a tunable NOT gate.
