pNasA debug

Input

dpB.006 is an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein. They are can be used to pass on signals to the Processors and downstream our signal processing pipeline. They can also be used as standalone for prototyping and debug of for specific applications

Transcriptional unit made to debug the activity of pSoxR promotor with a RFP.DpB.002 can be use an Input device that can transcribe an electrical signal into the production of a protein.

pNasa (BBa_K4216011) is the promotor of B.subtilis Nasa gene that code for a Nitrate transporter, litterature show that this promotor can be electricaly induce to control the expression of genes. This part is made to check if this promotor is working. The RBS is probably already included in the promotor but further experiences are needed to know it for sure.

Since the transformation of this plasmid have failed in our experiments,we are not able to provide any kind of characterisation.
