Re-L-INPN serves as an anchor protein that can be attached to a specific enzyme of choice to express it to the cell surface of E. coli. It contains the N terminal domain of ice nucleation protein from Pseudomonas syringae, a specific repeater sequence and a linker sequence. The sequence is optimised for E. coli expression.
