Transcriptional unit of sgRNA targeting HBLA gene of B.cereus

Description

This sequence contains 3 protection bases at the 5’ end of the sequence, which is to protect the sequence from damage. And immediately following the T7 promoter， connecting with the sgRNA scaffold, which helps the folding of sgRNA. And at the 3’ end, the target-HBLA region pairs with the targeted B.cereus HBLA gene sequence and enables cleavage.
