After codon optimization, those part is suitable for the fusion protein ACT1P-scFv-GFP-actin express

After codon optimization, the fusion protein Act1P-SCFV-GFP-actin was planing to express in Saccharomyces cerevisiae BY4741. It was linked to the vector pESC-URAby adding BamH I and Sac I restriction sites at the 5 'and 3' ends, respectively. 4848-5459 bp represents the ACT1 promoter,4107-4847 bp represents scFv component,4062-4106 bp represents (GGGGS) Χ3 linker,3351-4061 represents GFP, 3321 -3350 bp represents (GS) Χ5 Linker, 2187-3320 bp represents S288C ACT1 gene.
