PsacB-spoVG RBS for Bacillus subtilis

The spoVG RBS gene is ligated to PsacB promoter downstream. Different sucrose concentrations were used to induce promoters. This device is used by ZJU-China 2022 to control mazE/mazF toxin/antitoxin system by regulating sucrose concentration.
