p(Bla)-Lac operator-RBS-CI-LVA-RBS-EGFP-LVA-terminator

The expression of CI and EGFP is regulated by promoter p(Bla)-Lac operator, which can be repressed by protein LacI. EGFP was used as a reporter gene.

In addition, ssrA-LVA tag is added to the downstream of CI and EGFP to ensure timely degradation of the protein.
