alkJ with rbs

alkJ is alchohol dehydrogenase from alkB1GHJ operon of a hydrocarbone-degrating marine bacterium, Alcanivorax Borkumensis SK2. When A. Borkumensis SK2 doing oil degradation, alkB1 turn long chain alkane of crude oil into alkanol, then, alkJ converts alkanol to alkanal. We construct alkG with RBS (BBa_B0034).
