GgmFPS144 for the cytosolic expression

The GgmFPS144 is a substitute for the ERG20 gene. It synthesizes from isopentenyl diphosphate (IPP) and dimethylallyl diphosphate (DMAPP) mainly geranyl diphosphate (GPP) and small amounts of farnesyl diphosphate (FPP). The gene is MoClo (RFC1000) compatible.
