RXRα-3*GS Linker-CadC

This part includes the CadC domain fused by a 3*GS Linker to the RXRα. It can form a heterodimer with FXR-CadC, which allows for the binding of the pCadBA operon region and promotes the transcription of GFP.

The CadC domain was from BBa_K3425100 and a flexible linker (3*GGGGS) was added between CadC and RXRα. Sequence and Features
