This is the same part as K415011 with a different construction method. This BioBrick circuit consists of part BBa_K415006 followed by BBa_C0261. In short, if the circuit is not induced by C6O3HSL, it will constitutively produce only LuxR; when induced, however, it will produce both mCherry and LuxI, resulting in amplified and self-sustained signal production as a result of the LuxI generation.
