This composite part is BBa_K091204 (P_const(high) : LuxR : Term) forward-inserted in a backbone with BBa_R0065 (pLux/CI-OR), a hybrid promoter. This allows for constitutive expression of LuxR product. Addition of AHL will activate LuxR and the hybrid promoter. CI will inhibit the hybrid promoter.
