miR-10b complementary sequence from Y-shaped hairpin

Our project this year, Theriac, consists of two different types of hairpins. The first hairpin (Y-shaped) detects at the same time two different cancer biomarkers (miR-21 and miR-10b). In this way discrimination of cancer cells from healthy ones is possible. At the same time by attaching the two microRNAs, Theriac prevents them from acting in favor of cancer cells. Only after the detection of both microRNAS, and through changes in the secondary structure, the initiator is released causing the HCR cycle to begin. This part is the sequence complementary to miR-10b.
