mCherry cassette under the regulation of the promoter of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae FDH2 gene

The part is meant to be used as a test device to investigate the activity of the scFDH2 promoter in Aspergillus niger. The promoter regulates expression of mCherry with a C-terminal secretion signal peptide.
