The amplicon sequences of primer pairs were derived from Echinococcus cell-free DNA.

Experiment:

1.RPA system:

RPA system

2.Purify the RPA product:


RPA product: trichloromethane: phenol =2:1:1
Refer to the above system to add 15 μL RPA product, 7.5 μL trichloromethane and 7.5 μL phenol,then mix and centrifuge at 13,000 rpm for 10 min.

Result:

Figure 1:There is a clear band near the expected length, and the sequence result is consistent with the expected sequence.
