Expression cassette of ERG19 with constitutive promoter

The part is called "pCCW12-ERG19-tCPS1". We use pCCW12 as the promoter, tCPS1 as the terminator and the CDS of this part is ERG19. The three basic parts above make up a new transcription unit, It has the function to catalyze the conversion of mevalonate-PP to isopentenyl pyrophosphate (IPP) in mevalonate pathway.
