Secretion Tag library 6

Library plasmid containing Bacillus subtilis secretion tags and associated ribosome binding sites, defined as RBSLoc parts in the ProClo/expanded FreeGenes MoClo assembly standard. Digestion with BsaI will free all the parts to participate in a Moclo assembly reaction, the transformants of which can then be screened for secretion efficiency. PmeI could be added to the digestion reaction to prevent multiple tags from assembling in tandem into the finished constructs. Plasmid 1 of 6 in the library.
