MHETase expressed genes in frame

MHETsae was also found in this kind of bacteria, and it was confirmed that it can be expressed in conjunction with PETase to further decompose it. The optimized MHETase is designed to further decompose the main product MHETase metabolized by PETase, and degrade it into TPA and EG. TPA and EG can enter the bacteria's own metabolic pathway for complete degradation.
