Ultrasensitive biosensing complex por arsenic (#1)

Biosensing complex por arsenic that comprises of a weak constitutive promoter that is in charge of the expression of the arsR protein. Next is the processing module that is made up of the Pars inducible promoter, which receives the transcriptional signal, and a double amplifying cascade (HrpRS-pHrpL-RinA). Finally, the output module is made up by an inducible promoter pRinA-p80 that receives the amplified signal of the cascade and promotes the expression of the reporter gene mRFP1-Violet. The use of a double amplifying cascade makes its reponse ultrasensitive to arsenic with sub-5 ppb sensitivities.
