Construct for characterization of P2 activity in the presence of AIP.

In the presence of AIP, this constructs allows the detection and measurement of PoPs through GFP-LVA production. Requires the host to contain a functional agr operon or at least agrAC. GFP-LVA is a fast degrading version of E0040.
