Bacillus subtilis yqcF antitoxin

YqcF antitoxin is a part of type 2 toxin-antitoxin system namely YqcGF from Bacillus subtilis. YqcF binds to YqcG (BBa_K3889025) in order to inhibit the toxin. YqcG is a DNase that can lead to DNA degradation finally causing death due to loss of genetic material.

This is a modified version of BBa_K3507003 specific to our project's assembly. Mutated BgIII site to make assembly compatible part.
