Modified mfLon protease
mfLon is a Lon protease present in most bacteria from Mesoplasma florum. It can function independently of the host, providing functionality in a variety of bacteria. It can degrade proteins at different rates depending on the protein degradation tag attached to it [1].
This is a modified version of BBa_K3889020 specific to our project's assembly. Mutated multiple RE sites to make it assembly compatible.
