Circuit to report Plon expression in vitro
This circuit is a version of BBa_K3773523 optimized for in vitro use. The circuit places sfGFP before the lon promoter, allowing it to report expression levels of the protease gene lon, which is normally controlled by Plon in E. coli.
We use this circuit to compare Plon expression in cells that have either been transformed or not been transformed with a certain circuit.
