Circuit to report PhslVU expression in vivo
This circuit places sfGFP before the hslVU promoter, allowing it to report expression levels of the protease complex hslVU, which is normally controlled by PhslVU in E. coli.
We use this circuit to compare PhslVU expression in cells that have either been transformed or not been transformed with a certain circuit.
