Circuit to report ftsLp2 expression in vivo

This circuit places sfGFP before the ftsLp2 promoter, allowing it to report expression levels of the genes murG and murC, which are normally controlled by the promoter in E. coli. These genes are involved in peptidoglycan synthesis.</i>
