Nitric oxide reductase B (norB) from Pseudomonas stutzeri JM300
This gene is part of the nor operon from P. stutzeri JM300. Nor is the third enzyme of the denitrification pathway, converting nitric oxide (NO) into nitrous oxide (N2O). NorB is a cytochrome oxidizing enzyme, which forms a complex with NorC [1]. Together they form the active subunit of Nor.
