Nitrous oxide reductase L (nosL) from Pseudomonas stutzeri JM300
This gene is part of the nos operon from P. stutzeri JM300. Nos is the last enzyme of the denitrification pathway, converting nitrous oxide (N2O) into dinitrogen gas (N2). NosL is a copper chaperone, which binds copper and subsequently delivers it to apo-NosZ [1].
