Nitrous oxide reductase R (nosR) from Pseudomonas stutzeri JM300
This gene is part of the nos operon from P. stutzeri JM300. Nos is the last enzyme of the denitrification pathway, converting nitrous oxide (N2O) into dinitrogen gas (N2). NosR encodes a membrane protein serving as electron donor for N2O reduction [1].
